Andy Wirth Helps The Olympic Valley Do Away With The Incorporation Motion.

Andy Wirth is the founder of the Crowdrise campaign under the Wounded Warrior Support. He is also the owner, CEO and president if the Squaw Valley Ski Holding. As as a businessman and entrepreneur, Andy Wirth has been very successful. He founded the Squaw Valley Holdings which owns the Squaw Valley Ski Resort in Olympic Valley. Under his leadership, the Squaw Valley Ski Resort has grown and expanded not only business and performance wise but also structurally and asset wise. In 2011, the Squaw Valley Ski Holdings purchased and acquired its main competitor in Olympic Valley, Alpine Meadows in its expansion move. Thus, Squaw Valley was able to merge its skiing terrain with that of Alpine Meadows to make one of the world’s largest ski terrains; it is also among the best terrains in the world.

Recently, Andy Wirth was appointed to join the board of Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority Board. This appointment came to him as a recognition of his efforts and the role he plays in the Lake Tahoe community. He has formed many community organizations in this area and helped them in undertaking different community tasks. He is also participating in community programs around this area during his free time. Andy Wirth is also the founder of the Crowdrise campaign, which is a charity campaign that raises money to donate to the Navy Seals Foundation. This money goes a long way to improving lives of Navy Seals servicemen risking their lives to keep the country safe by undertaking deadly missions. There is also a friendship motivational group, the Wounded Warrior Support, that he created. This is a charity group that helps Navy Seals returning home from war life comfortably with their families and also provides psychological support for them.

At the Olympic Valley and for the Lake Tahoe community it has been a good time for them for the past few days. One of the reasons for this is the failure if the incorporation motion on the Olympic Valley to go through and this is thanks to Any Wirth’s relentless efforts. The incorporation of the Olympic Valley as a deadly blow to the community of this area and its economy and this caused them a lot of sleepless nights. The incorporation would lead to a reduction in business activities in the area and thus low earnings for the residents. On top of this, it would lead to the imposition of higher and extra taxes to businesses around this area thus leading to higher operational cost and an increase in the price of commodities and services. This would have discouraged tourists from the Lake Tahoe area in fear of expensive rates. Now all that is of the past including the four-year-long drought that had also affected business in this area. This season the seasonal winds have begun early, and business is expected to be good.

Andy Wirth Against Olympic Valley Incorporation

Residents of the northern part of Lake Tahoe have been in distress over the years from the negative effects of the resort business. The environmental conditions have been harsh with drought over a period of four years, in addition, political pressure about the incorporation of Olympic Valley with other North America winter sports terrain. The battle has however seized with the change of temperature to cold temperatures, and many resorts have been able to open earlier than there before. Politicians who backed the battle of the incorporation and spent lots of million over it have also withdrawn from the battle.

These are two good moves according to Andy Wirth the CEO of Squaw Valley Ski Holdings. Andy Worth thinks it is a relief on both fronts as it would have negatively affected the residents with an increase in taxes and their businesses too would have been affected. From the Reno Gazette-Journal, Andy says that the move by the pro- corporation crown was a recipe for disaster from the millions of dollars that Ski Holdings spent to oppose the incorporation. The move would have affected even the services that Tahoe residents depend on and also isolated Olympic Valley from other northern communities who have a pool of resources that are supportive to the valley.

Andy Wirth has been on a great move in support of businesses in the Olympic Valley. He was appointed the chair of Reno Airport Board where he brought in new leaders for new ideas to the rejuvenation of the airport. His experience in management of Olympic Valley is a positive thing to the airport management. Wirth targets on improving the state of businesses in Olympic Valley by enhancing tourist transports in the airport that will attract more customers to skiing in the ski resorts in the Olympic Valley. Wirth has been outstanding in working at the Squaw Valley, and he intends to improve the real estate business in the area. He has also been a philanthropist by donating huge money to support the renovation of the ski areas for the safety of the residents around the area.

Despite the incorporation backers saying that Andy had self-involved motives to oppose the incorporation; Wirth has proven otherwise. His greatest concern is the welfare of the residents of Olympic Valley and maximization of the services offered to the by the resorts. Andy is grateful to Mother Nature for the improved weather conditions that the businesses resumed earlier this year which is a great thing that will bring more tourists into the valley. He has also participated in a lot of undercover jobs at the Squaw Valley like working with the terrain crew as an undercover boss. Wirth’s efforts for development of Olympic Valley are eminent and are now providing good results. Wirth is a great deal to the Olympic Valley community.

Charles Koch Is In Terms With Most Of Bernie Sanders Policies

Charles Koch is a very influential political funder and business person who is the founder and owner of the Koch Industries, America’s second-largest corporation. He has made a fortune from his group of companies and now uses part of his personal money to fund presidential aspirants during their campaigns in the United States. He has a history of donating up to $400 million after outing together his contributions with that of his friends whom they share the same political interest. As the 2016 presidential election is around the corner, Charles Koch has taken a keen interest on Bernie Sanders, a presidential aspirant, and his policies.

Recently, Charles Koch came forward and offered Bernie Sanders, endorsements of sorts in his campaign. Charles Koch, through writing, said that he agreed will Bernie Sanders, a leftwing Democratic presidential candidate on his policies. Charles Koch went ahead to point out on issues of corporate welfare and criminal justice reforms as the most impressive policies from the presidential candidate. According to Charles Koch, issues such as the political and economic system that are currently in the currently, which Bernie Sanders seeks to change, also upset him. The country is on a political and economic system that is controlled by the privileged few at the expense of everyone else, and those most affected are the least advantaged. Charles Koch, the billionaire political donor, has been on Bernie Sanders’s target list, and it seems like Bernie is already winning him over.

On an op-ed for the Washington Post, Charles Koch said that he totally agreed with him (Bernie Sanders) and congratulated him for speaking for and as a representative of the many Americans who have been oppressed by the state which favors the filthy rich. For a long time, Charles Koch has been an outspoken libertarian and critic fighting against the government intrusions on market forces to favor the privileged. Bernie Sanders and Charles Koch share the same voice on matters such as income inequality, corporate greed and campaign finance reform. There have been rumors that Koch brothers’ plan to spend nearly $900m in the 2016 election, some of which may go to Sander.

Charles Koch urges Bernie Sanders, to work harder to win the Democratic nomination for the presidency. Koch says that he can not wait to see his work on issues such as criminal justice, which they both agree to needs to be looked into. The Koch brothers, especially Charles has already started reforming the US criminal justice system through giving donations and working with non-governmental organizations. We all are waiting to see where this “thing” between Charles Koch and Bernie Sanders will lead to.

Keith Mann truly knows talented business professionals when he meets them. More than just recognizing their talents and skills, he helps place them in employment positions in which they can be very effective. Keith Mann’s Dynamic Search Partner has helped companies in need of strong executive search support for many years. Now, Keith Mann is turning some of his attention towards the hardworking seniors at local Brooklyn Charter Schools.

Mann has teamed up with the Brooklyn-based Uncommon Schools charter institutions to provide an opportunity for graduating seniors to receive scholarship funds. Applying for the scholarship requires crafting an essay on very targeted subject. The applicants must write on the topic of how acquiring a college degree will help them with achieving their career goals. The topic is rather broad, and this allows the students to write an appropriate answer in the manner that best gets across their personal goals.

Business Wire has issued a press release about this scholarship. The news should draw quite a bit of attention towards Uncommon Schools and the talented students who attend.

Keith Mann has roughly 15 years in the executive search industry. During that time, he has helped jobseekers and businesses alike. Mann also has a great deal of knowledge about the business and financial world. He was once involved heavily with hedge funds. In addition to his interests in the business world, Keith Mann is a dedicated philanthropist. His love for philanthropy comes through with his desire to help the students at Uncommon Schools.

Those students who are awarded the scholarship will be given $5,000 in funding. That is a significant amount of money, and should cover a tremendous amount of costs associated with attending college. For some students, a scholarship is of paramount importance in terms of being able to budget for college.

Students may apply for the scholarship until February 26, 2016. In March, the winners will be announced. One senior from each of the Brooklyn Uncommon Schools locations is to be awarded the scholarship. Soon, those talented seniors are going to be named.

Get Spring Cleaning Performed By Handy Workers

Spring is just around the corner, and many are considering their homes and how clean or unclean it currently is. Those who feel the need to do spring cleaning will gear up for the long cleaning process, but there is a way to get around doing spring cleaning in a home. Instead of having those in the home doing the spring cleaning, why not hire a cleaning company to do it instead? Handy is a cleaning company that can send workers to do spring cleaning in anyone’s home, no matter the size of the home.

Handy does have services, such as painting, moving, furniture assembly, furniture delivery, plumbing, electrical work and more, but the cleaning services that Handy offers are the most sought after services from the company. Handy makes it extremely easy for anyone to get an account by allowing them to sign up online within about a minute. Once the account is created with the proper information, then it’s possible to make an appointment for the services that are needed. Most of the services offered by Handy can have a person come out to the customer’s home within a day.

Many love the fact that they don’t have to wait long periods of time to get the services they need from Handy. Customers can get Handy workers in their home to get the spring cleaning they need after making an appointment with Handy. It doesn’t matter the size of a person’s home because Handy has more than enough workers available to clean any size home, whether a single worker is needed or more than one worker.

The price of the service will be given to the customer beforehand, and many services are billed at a flat rate, so a customer can determine if the service is something they want or not. Many customers have found themselves getting several services at once, which is understandable because there are many things that can be done inside of a home. Those who need cleaning services, as well as painting services or other services, can hire different workers at once, and they can get their house looking great in no time.

Safe and Secure: Making Inmate Communication Something to Enjoy

In a world where crime is constantly rising, we often times forget about the loved ones of the incarcerated. Regardless of the crime, those inmates are someone’s husband, wife, or child, and being able to stay in contact with them is not always easy nor is it cheap. “Securus Technologies is the leading provider of civil and criminal justice technology solutions for public safety, investigation, corrections and monitoring.” (“Securus Adds Sales Executive”, 2016). Serving more than 3,450 agencies and over 1,200,000 inmates, Securus Technologies has found a way to make the experience better for everyone.

Based in Dallas Texas, Securus Technologies has multiple platforms including: Securus Online; Securus Video Visitation; ConnectUs; Secure Call Platform; Investigator Pro; and SecureView (https://securustech.net/) all of which have recently been updated to resolve defects and provide additional patches. This is the first upgrade of 2016, and is expected to be a huge improvement.

According to the New York Times, an average cost for inmate phone calls in a state or local prison is about twenty cents per minute before the fees. After fees are included, your call could reach upwards of $1.22 per minute, and with a typical call lasting about 15 minutes, that’s $18.30 for one 15 minute phone call. Using the Securus call platform however they keep the cost affordable at $3.99 for a 15 minute phone call.

Along with the calling platform you can also take advantage of the Video Visitation platform. You simply need to download Securus’ app, or visit the website from your computer, and you are able to have a video visit with your loved one from your home. This is also a much more affordable option when you have quite a distance between you and the facility your loved one resides at. A 10 minute visitation costs $5.00 and a 20 minute video visitation costs $10.00. It is important to remember that not all services are offered at all facilities. So be sure to check with your facility ahead of time.

From my experience, Securus Technologies has been not only a more convenient option, but has alleviated some of the stress of an already stressful situation. I have been in the unfortunate circumstance of having to use these services in the past, and before I knew they were available, I spent almost $300 in just the first few weeks. Using Securus Technologies, I cut that bill what seemed like almost in half (still a lot of money, I know!). I was able to manage life without my loved one, and without completely losing communication. Letters are great, but because of Securus we were able to be there for each other on a much more personal level, at not break the bank in the process.

She has spent a lot of time and effort in trying to secure the part, which might have been more challenging for her because the part was originally intended for a male actor.
