Dallas Banker Named Head of Texas Mortgage Bankers Association

NexBank SSB recently announced that executive Mary Pirrello has been named as the president of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association for the 2016-2017 yea. Since 1917, the TMBA has worked to promote, preserve and protect the interests of the mortgage banking industry in the Lone Star State.

Mary Pirrello is Senior Vice President in charge of national warehouse lending for NexBank SSB. She is responsible for managing customer relationships and business development for NexBank warehouse lending. She brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to her new post as TMBA president. Pirrello has served actively on the association’s board since 2007. She is also an active member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association and participates through that organizations political action committee.

NexBank SSB is a division of NexBank Capital, Inc. NexBank Capital operates as a financial services firm catering to the national banking industry. It focuses on three core industries: mortgage banking, commercial banking and investment banking. NexBank Capital also owns College Savings Bank of New Jersey.

NexBank SSB is a Dallas-based bank operating in the north Texas market area. It is a member of the FDIC, and was originally chartered in 1922. NexBank SSB currently has about $3.5 billion in assets. The customer base consists of commercial and financial institutions, plus services to individual investors. NexBank SSB is also known for supporting community development within its market area. For instance, the firm is providing $50 million over five years as mortgage capital for a Habitat for Humanity program to provide low-income homes in southern Dallas.

Pre-Lovaganza Celebrations Getting Ready To Hit The Road In 2018

The trilogy is set as the story of a young priest who believes he can put an end to all war.
