One thing is for sure: Ken Goodrich and his team have done a masterful job the past four years when it comes to Goettl Air Conditioning. This was a company that was truly on life support and in pretty bad shape. There were money issues, employee issues, and a whole host of problems. There were also issues with unhappy customers as well. They had felt like they were ripped off and that the company was not what it once was. It was almost as if a once great company had fallen on hard times and they were not going to recover.
Enter Ken Goodrich. Anyone that knows him, they know he is not a man that is shy about fixing a business. This was the 16th business he had fixed, and he was ready to make it bigger and better than ever. He wanted it to be diverse and satisfy the customers, first and foremost. He knows they are the lifeblood of the company. Without customers, it is impossible for a company to grow, make money, or do much of anything for that matter. That is why he gave back to the community and he built their trust. Now that he has their trust, he has no intentions of losing it anytime soon.
They are going to keep up with repairs, maintenance, and putting in new air conditioners. They know they have a job to do, and they want to do it to the best of their abilities. After all, anything worth doing is well doing well. Everyone at Goettl Air Conditioning takes pride in the work that they are doing. It means something to them and if it means something to them, it is going to mean something to the customers as well. They are going to go all out.
